Specialty Resins, including the Lucite® Elvacite® and Lucite® Colacryl® brands, are produced at our plants in Parkersburg, USA and Newton Aycliffe, UK. They are known and respected globally in the embedments, electronics and speciality coatings sectors for the provision of high quality tailored performance characteristics.

Our product forms the basis of 20% of all dental prostheses and is also one of the main ingredients for bone cement - specifically that used in hip replacement surgery.

We produce highly specialised products for use as synthetic glass interleavants, which reduce the need for paper alternatives with a consequential positive impact on the environment. Our ceramic mould Polymers for sanitary ware and tableware also have a positive impact on the environment, enabling customers to replace Gypsum and so extend the life of each mould and reduce landfill waste.
