Heinz Fritz, a well-known and highly innovative German fabricator of design-led acrylic products, was looking for materials with efficient processability and a reliable customer/supplier partnership when they came to Lucite International. With key customers such as Daimer Chrysler, Volvo and T-mobile, material quality and conformance to specification was critical.

The technical team at Lucite International worked in collaboration with the customer to develop specific touch and visual qualities for their frost-effect acrylic. The result: A stunning exhibition arena at the Beijing automotive show featuring frost-effect Perspex® from Lucite® for Transsacto formed the perfect backdrop for the latest dream cars from Mercedes-Benz.
